This retreat is open to all and can be attended by anyone willing to exploring their own spirituality and personal development. Learn to find yourself, without anyone interfering or stopping you. You can be you.

Switch off for few days from the hustle and bustle of daily life and treat yourself to a safe and comfortable environment surrounded by the French Pyrenees Mountains within a traditional Tibetan Buddhist retreat centre. Allow yourself to be supported by nature and fresh air.

Being in the nature can be healing for many, as it often reflects back to our inner emotional states. Nitima & Karuna will walk you through your mind & body. Come to let go, be free and be happy!

Meet the instructors

Karuna has been a Buddhist monk for 15 years in Sri Lanka and Thailand and holds a Masters Degree in Buddhist Studies from SOAS, University of London. He serves as an interfaith chaplain to Imperial College London and Royal College of Arts.

Nitima is an integrative counsellor, life coach and mindfulness teacher. She studied Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP & Counselling Skills at the Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies (CCTS ) and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
