Nos cuisiniers bénévoles vont vous gâter avec trois délicieux repas végétariens par jour, tandis que les chemins et terres aux alentours de La Bastide procurent de nombreux endroits où se ressourcer. Retreat with Part Time Volunteering
Pour ceux qui seraient intéressés par le fait de faire une retraite tout en en offrant quelques heures de service par jour en tant que bénévole au centre, nous avons des prix réduits basés sur le nombre d'heures fournies par jour. Gomde repose uniquement sur l'aide d’adhérents bénévoles, et nous avons souvent besoin de bras supplémentaires pour l'entretien de la maison, en cuisine, à la maintenance. Retraites en groupe annuelles
Three-month spring retreat & six-week fall retreat
Every year gomde offers two organized group retreats under the guidance of Lama Tenzin Sangpo, on the text Sphere of Refined Gold, a terma revealed by Chokgyur Lingpa with commentary by Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche, combined with a daily group practice of Vajrasattva. The three month retreat begins in early March and ends in late May or early June each year. The six-week retreat begins approximately in late September and finishes in early November. What are the prerequisites for the retreat?
To participate in the retreat one would ideally have received:

the Vajrasattva empowerment in the Chokling Tersar Lineage

teachings on Sphere of Refined Gold from Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche or another highly qualified master.
The minimum prerequisites are to have a strong foundation in Buddhist practice through both study and time spent in retreat, and to have received teachings on the great perfection from a highly qualified master. If in doubt, one should ask Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche if it would be beneficial to participate in the retreat. Seminars with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche
Every year we are honored to welcome our founder and spiritual guide, Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, for profound meditation teachings from the Dzogchen tradition. In 2020 and 2021 Rinpoche was not able to travel due to the worldwide pandemic, but we hope to offer seminars with Rinpoche again as soon as travel from Nepal is possible and public gatherings are safe to offer in our center again. Online Retreats
We are offering online versions of the 6 week and 3 month retreats. The dates for these retreats are the same as for the onsite retreats, with possibility to join the group daily practice sessions and bi-weekly Q&A sessions with Lama Tenzin live via zoom.
