Upcoming Mindfulness & Yoga Retreat: 20- 26th June 2019 Overview This retreat is open to all and can be attended by anyone willing to exploring their own spirituality. Switch off for few days from the hustle and bustle of daily life and treat yourself to a safe and comfortable environment surrounded by the French Pyrenees mountains within a traditional Tibetan Buddhist retreat centre. Allow yourself to be supported by nature and fresh air. Listen to the powerful sound of silence under the open sky. Mindfulness meditation is a simple and self empowering way for you to improve your health, resolve relationship conflicts and enable yourself to discard limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Accompanied by gentle Yoga classes, you will begin to feel a renewed sense of energy in your physical body. Meet the instructors Karuna has been a Buddhist monk for 15 years in Sri Lanka and Thailand and holds a Masters Degree in Buddhist Studies from SOAS, University of London. He serves as an interfaith chaplain to Imperial College London and Royal College of Arts. Nitima is an integrative counsellor, life coach and mindfulness teacher. She studied Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP & Counselling Skills at the Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies (CCTS ) and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
