Three-year Retreat Opening and Winter Seminar with Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche

With great happiness we invite you to join our beloved teacher, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche, from December 28, 2025 – January 5, 2026, for the auspicious opening of the three-year retreat and welcoming our dear Vajra sisters and brothers! 

We also warmly invite you to stay from January 5–10, 2026, to join the powerful practice of Vajrakilaya led by Drubpön Tenzin Sangpo, dedicated to removing obstacles.

General plan for the week:

• December 28: Official arrival day

• December 29: Opening ceremony of the three-year retreat

• Dec 30 – Jan 4: Seminar at Gomde Pyrénées led by Rinpoche

• January 5: Departure day for seminar participants only

• Jan 5 – 11: Vajrakilaya practice retreat

• January 11: Departure day for Vajrakilaya retreat participants

  
  

From December 30 – January 4, Rinpoche will offer final instructions to the retreat group and also give teachings at Gomde. Please note: the three-year retreat group will be receiving separate concluding teachings and will not attend the public seminar. You can register for both events (Seminar and Vajrakilaya Retreat) through the same Billetweb page. There is also an option to attend only the Three-Year Retreat opening ceremony on December 29th, with corresponding Gomde-organized transport. 

As accommodation is limited at Gomde, we do not have beds available in the main house anymore. We have reserved rooms in La Bastide, which you can book via Billetweb . You can see all accommodation options on Billetweb.

Scholarships

In support of Dharma Gyan Youth association, we have a special offer of two scholarships for the winter seminar and following Vajrakilaya retreat for young people under the age of 35 years with limited financial means.
